You will own the creative engine behind Soro’s paid acquisition. Design, write, shoot, and edit ads that actually move the numbers.
This is a hands-on role across statics, motion, and short-form video. You will partner with growth and marketing to test relentlessly.
What you’ll do
- Concept, design, and ship ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Produce statics, motion graphics, and short-form video at high volume.
- Run creative testing: write hypotheses, measure results, iterate weekly.
- Translate audience insights into hooks that actually convert.
- Build a creative library that scales across markets and audiences.
What you bring
- Performance creative work experience for a SaaS, DTC, or media brand.
- A portfolio of paid ads with measurable performance results.
- Hands-on with Figma and modern video tools (After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Comfortable using AI tools to produce more, faster.

We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable owning features from idea to production. You will work directly with our CTO.
Most of our stack is TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, with AI woven through every important flow. Claude Code and Codex will be your best friends. If you love shipping things customers actually use, this is for you.
What you’ll do
- Ship product features end-to-end across our Next.js + TypeScript stack.
- Design and own backend systems: APIs, queues, integrations, and Postgres.
- Work with AI pipelines and LLMs in production every week.
- Make architecture decisions that scale to thousands of customers.
- Pair with design and customer experience to ship things people love.
What you bring
- Experience building production web applications, or an equivalent degree with real projects to show.
- Deep TypeScript knowledge, comfortable across frontend and backend.
- Experience with Next.js, React, and modern Postgres.
- Strong product sense. You can scope and ship without being told what to build.

You will run the day-to-day of Soro’s affiliate program and influencer campaigns: the people, the payouts, and the pipeline of new partners.
This is a great first or second job in growth. The program is already running, the playbooks exist, and you will work closely with the marketing team while you learn to own a channel yourself.
What you’ll do
- Handle affiliate operations: applications, approvals, onboarding, and payouts.
- Reach out to potential partners: creators, influencers, publishers, and communities in the SEO space.
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end: outreach, briefs, negotiation, and attribution.
- Keep affiliates and creators active with fresh assets, clear offers, and regular check-ins.
- Answer partner questions fast and make our best partners feel looked after.
- Track program numbers weekly and flag what is working and what is not.
What you bring
- Work experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, or an equivalent degree.
- Strong written English. You will message dozens of partners every week.
- Organized and reliable: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Comfortable with outreach. You are not afraid to message people first.
- Eager to learn and grow into owning the channel.

Your job in one line: make sure Soro shows up when people search for what we do. You will do SEO at a company that builds SEO software. Ironic, isn’t it?
The twist: a lot of our SEO runs on AI automations, and you will oversee them rather than grind through it all by hand. Your time goes to outreach, on-site and off-site SEO, and the strategy behind it, working directly with the whole team. You own this area and can act on Soro’s behalf.
What you’ll do
- Own Soro’s SEO strategy: know what our customers search for and decide how we rank for it.
- Oversee the AI automations doing our SEO: review what they ship, tune them, and catch what they miss.
- Run on-site and off-site SEO: pages, content, internal linking, and technical fixes with engineering.
- Do outreach hands-on: build links and publisher relationships on Soro’s behalf.
- Track rankings against targets, share what works with the whole team, and feed it back into the product.
What you bring
- Hands-on SEO work with results you can show, or an equivalent degree.
- Experience across on-site, off-site, and technical SEO.
- Comfortable working with AI tools: you can judge their output and make it better.
- Proven outreach and link building skills. You have built real publisher relationships.
- Strong ownership: you take an area and run with it without waiting to be told.
- Excellent written English. You will write and reach out on behalf of the company.
